经过近一年的深度调研、细致考察及紧张筹备，上海市锦天城律师事务所美国西雅图办公室于2020年7月15日注册成立并获得注册证书，旨在为锦天城的广大客户在北美的相关业务提供支持。

       美国西雅图办公室是上海市锦天城律师事务所继中国香港、英国伦敦后设立的又一家境外办公室。锦天城美国西雅图办公室的成立，开拓了锦天城在北美的布局，并在锦天城的全球性战略部署方面迈出了重要一步。

We are pleased to announce the opening of our AllBright US office.

After nearly one year of in-depth market analysis and thorough preparation, the AllBright US office was incorporated and began its operation on July 15, 2020. The new office will serve as our firm’s extension in the US to provide support to our clients and their businesses in North America.

The US office is our another overseas office as part of our global expansion, after the launch of our Hong Kong and London office. The establishment of our US office extends our capability to provide cutting-edge legal services for clients located in North America and marks an important milestone in our global strategy.

China’s continued initiative to allow greater foreign investments and collaborate with other nations in different regions has led to  increasing activities in international trade.
